About Our Placement Cell
The Training & Placement Cell (TPC) at CEMT Basti is the cornerstone of our commitment to student success. Established alongside the college, the cell operates year-round to ensure every student transitions smoothly from classroom learning to professional employment.
Our dedicated placement team works closely with HR managers, industry experts and alumni networks to bring quality recruitment opportunities to campus. From pre-placement training — covering aptitude, group discussions, technical interviews and soft skills — to on-campus recruitment drives, we provide end-to-end career support.
Students are groomed through mock interviews, resume workshops, industry seminars and internship programmes beginning from their second year. Our approach ensures even first-generation learners are confident and job-ready by the time campus placements begin.
